Male PCs cannot, for the most part, flirt with male NPCs, and there are no male same-sex sex options.

In Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines, female player-characters can flirt with, seduce, and in one instance have sex with female non-player characters (with the exception of characters in Giovanni’s Mansion– see here and here). For instance, male and female player-characters can have sex with the non-player character Jeanette, provided certain in-game conditions are met. The sex is only implied through voice-acting over a black screen, however.
